Comments from Judges: As this theme is about circles, it would have been better to emphasize the circular shapes, not one of the few the elongated ones -

I SEE YOU

Judge 1:This shot is almost a duplicate of one that appeared on the cover of National Geographic a few years back. What an awesome little animal!! The background is perfect and highlights the subject. I love it!! I have no criticisms. Tis a great shot!!! Judge 2:The diagonal of the branch is very well placed in the frame along with the eyes of the frog. Using the wide aperture to remove detail from the background is an effective technique to isolate the subject. It seems to be underexposed by a quarter to one-half stop. Judge 3:Excellent. Couldn't you have gotten the frog to smile or dance?

Judge 1:Once again, simple is best. This photograph tells a story. Great job!! I would have hidden the ring on her finger with the chair, to make the observer wonder if she was single or not. Otherwise….super!! Judge 2:The chair and straw do a great job of framing the face. There is enough of the window to understand where she is looking but not too much of its bright light to detract from the face. It seems that a soft filter may have been used, but I would prefer to see more detail in her face, especially the eyes. But, that said, this is a great portrait. Judge 3:Good facial expression and soft focus effect works. Window is slightly bright.
OrlandoCameraClub > Stuff the Orlando "Magic" Dragon by:Candy Perkinson Judge 1:Phenomenal image considering the fact you only had seconds to take this. Testimony of the quality of point and shoot cameras. Great composition with the scoreboard in the background and Stuff filling the frame of the image. So many details of the costume are extremely sharp. Black background against the vibrant colors provide a high impact image. Great photo. Judge 2:Doesn't say Florida to me. Judge 3:Like the idea and the point of view keeps it interesting. Not sure of the travel connection.
OrlandoCameraClub > Look of Contentment by: Kathy Urbach

Judge 1 : A winner in my mind.Judge 2 :Very nice pet portrait, but although the closed eyes are germane to the title, this nevertheless reduces the impact of the image.Judge 3: A good expression, which would be a much stronger image if the green between the ears was cropped out.
